Brand New to the bluegrass state, Melissa is the new Resident Costume Designer and Instructor of Theatre at Transylvania University. She received her BFA from Randolph-Macon Woman’ College in Lynchburg, VA and her MFA from the University of Iowa. In her first year at Transylvania she designed costumes for Little Women and Angels in America Part 1: Millennium Approaches. Recent Credits include The Outsiders (Keegan Theatre) Sherlock: The Musical, Hand To God, Speech and Debate As You Like It (abridged) (McDaniel College).
