Mezzo-Soprano, Audrianna Hughes, is a native of Paducah, KY who has found her passion for performing. She holds a B.M. degree in Music Education from Murray State University and is currently pursuing her M.M. in Vocal Performance at the University of Kentucky. She is an Alltech Graduate Vocal Scholar studying with Dr. Everett McCorvey. Recently, she performed the title role as Cenerentola in Rossini’s La Cenerentola with Bay View Music Festival in Petoskey, Michigan. Other performances include being an ensemble member and featured soloist in “It’s a Grand Night for Singing!” as well as performing the role of Mrs. Ott in Carlisle Floyd’s, Susannah with UKOT. Concert work includes the Alto soloist in Mozart’s Requiem in D-minor and her association with the American Spiritual ensemble.
