4.5 oz Hero Pear Nectar

3.0 oz Fever Tree Ginger Ale

Lemon Juice

3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Fresh Ground Pepper

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Pear Nectar and Ginger Ale. Squeeze in lemon. Add Bitters. Two twists of fresh ground pepper. Stir.

(optional: add 1 oz KOVAL 4 Grain Whiskey)
