Göran Norquist is so honored to be making his Writer’s debut with this show. Since auditioning for this show, Göran Norquist has become the Education Creative Director at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre. He has just finished writing and directing his original show there: The Suspicious Butler. Some favorite past roles include Amos in Chicago, Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, God in An Act of God, Andrey in Three Sisters, and Sweeney Todd in Sweeney Todd. Göran was also lucky enough to get his MFA in Acting from ACT while Carey Perloff was still the Artistic Director, and getting to be in the room with her again is such a gift. This show is a testament to “it takes a village” so to the entire cast, crew, and team of Leopoldstadt, thank you for all that you do, and how you show up every day. And thank you to everyone who is here, we could not do it without you. And lastly, to my wife, Rachel, who I could not live without, thank you now and always.
