1.5 oz. Roaring Fork, Vodka
2 oz. Stirrings, Peach Bellini Mix
.5 oz. Merlet, Cherry Liqueur
Dried Apricot
Fill rocks glass with ice.
Build drink in order of ingredients. Stir. Add more ice, if necessary.
Garnish with dried apricot.
