Lauren Mikeal Weber holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre (Musical Theatre) and a Master of Music (Vocal Performance) from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has worked across the country as a director, music director, intimacy director, and performer, and values collaboration at the heart of her artistic process.

As a director, Lauren is passionate about consent-forwarded artistry and storytelling that embraces humor, vulnerability, and the beautifully awkward moments of being human. She is delighted to work with this exceptional cast and creative team on The Graduate and is grateful to WaterTower Theatre for the opportunity to return—this time, on the other side of the table.
