Zarina is an emerging artist, actor, and director originally from the Rio Grande Valley. She holds a BFA in Acting and Directing from Sam Houston State University and is currently based in Dallas, Texas. Currently working as the Artistic Coordinator for WaterTower Theatre. Credits include Nina in El Otro, Teatro Dallas, Yelena in Uncle Vanya, Erica Starr Theatre, served as the Assistant Director for the productions of Lydia and The Prom at Sam Houston State University. Zarina is dedicated to fostering inclusive and collaborative artistic spaces and is excited to continue growing as a creative professional while contributing to meaningful art that resonates with her community.
