Jason Hallman recently made his debut at WaterTower Theatre as a pit singer in The Bridges of Madison County and is excited to return to this stage. Some of his more recent stage credits include Simon Sr. In Kinky Boots Ship's Captain in Anything Goes, Red Sauders in Lil and Satchmo. Dr.Fine/Dr. Madden in Next to Normal, Checkers Clark in Bubbling Brown Sugar, Jackie in The Wild Party, and Tinman in The Wiz. He has had the pleasure of performing with Uptown Players, Jubilee Theatre , Casa Manana, Theatre under the stars, Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Bishop Arts Theatre, Soul Rep, The Academy of Black Arts and Letters, Greater Lewisville Community theater, Firehouse theater, Grand Prairie Arts Council, and Denton Campus Theater as well as being a member of Turtle Creek Chorale. Jason hails from Beaumont, Texas, where he attended Lamar University majoring Music and Dance. He received additional dance training with Beaumont Ballet Theater and was a member of The Bruce Wood Dance Company of Fort Worth.
