Bruce Coughlin has created the orchestrations for nearly 100 shows and operas, on Broadway and off, including War Paint, Amélie, 9 To 5, and Grey Gardens. He co-orchestrated The Light in the Piazza, orchestrated the memorable Floyd Collins, the Broadway hit Urinetown and the Grammy Award-winning revival of Annie Get Your Gun. Other Broadway shows include: The Wild Party (LaChiusa), On the Town (1998), The Sound of Music, Triumph of Love, Once Upon A Mattress and The King & I. On television he was part of the orchestration team for Annie Live! on NBC. Recent orchestrations include Knoxville and A Man of No Importance (both: Flaherty/Ahrens) and the recent mega-concert S&M2 for Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony.
