John Coyne
Sound Designer

is currently pursuing a BA in Theatrical Production at Kent State University. He has served as the lead sound designer for seven other productions at Weathervane Playhouse (Memphis, Peter Pan, A Christmas Carol, Little Shop of Horrors, Hairspray, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Mamma Mia!) and for the recent student-directed and-designed production of Of Mice and Men at Kent State University at Stark. In addition, John has served as an assistant sound designer for five other productions at Kent State University at Stark (Consider the Oyster, Virtual Devotion, 26 Pebbles, Unnecessary Farce, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee). He hopes you enjoy the show! Outside of theatre, he works with Akron-based company Clear Gold Audio and Lighting.
