Catherine Cai (Tess) Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Catherine attended college at Washington University in St. Louis for music and psychology and completed her graduate studies in music therapy at Texas Woman’s University. She has lived in the greater Akron area for almost two years working as a music therapist and also teaching private violin lessons. This is her first ever acting gig.

In her personal life, she enjoys creative pursuits in writing, art, photography, and in the kitchen, music composition and learning new instruments and languages, and stays active through tennis and running the occasional half-marathon.
