Clara Rodriguez (playwright, "A Starry Night") is the creator of the web series It Takes a Village and Psycho Therapy. She’s written and directed many short plays for WestFest at Theatre West in Los Angeles. She also wrote and directed Normal Noises at Group Rep and Pointy Scissors at Theatre West. She's grateful to have her work included in this festival.
