Abby Glaws
Myra US/Assistant Stage Manager

Abby Glaws (Myra US/Assistant Stage Manager) Abby Glaws (she/her) is thrilled to start her Ohio theatre career with Weathervane Playhouse as Assistant Stage Manager and Myra Understudy in Deathtrap. After getting her Bachelor's in Theatre from Butler University in 2021, Abby worked in Chicago as a stage manager, actor, and choreographer. She worked in stage management for productions such as Grease and South Pacific at The Skokie Theatre, as well as The Young Playwright's Festival at The Pegasus Theatre. Her favorite performance credits include The Little Prince (The Little Prince), Dreidel soloist and Snow Waltz corps (The Channukah Nutcracker), and Clarice (The Servant of Two Masters). As a choreographer and dance teacher, Abby also choreographed over 30 musicals in Chicago schools, as well as professional productions such as Romeo and Bernadette and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Abby is particularly passionate about a good murder mystery, and is excited to help bring such a fun one to the Weathervane stage. She's looking forward to joining the vibrant Ohio theatre scene!
