Tong Xu

is very excited to be part of the 8x10 TheatreFest at Weathervane Playhouse, making her acting debut on stage as Sandra in Waiting. Tong graduated from Beijing Film Academy majoring in Sound production for film. She played multiple supporting roles in different seasons of a well-known Chinese drama called The VI Group of Fatal Case. Off stage, Tong enjoys leading her cardio dance classes as a fitness instructor and being a medical interpreter. She is also a vocalist and pianist for a local folk rock band called hand+noise. Tong wants to thank her family for all their love and support.
