Moriah Cary is a sophomore musical theatre major at Kent State University. She is originally from Pennsylvania, and attended a performing-arts high school. She grew up singing in the church, which is where she found her love for singing. She has recently done BKLYN at Porthouse Theatre last summer as Miss Paradice, and is very excited to take on one of her dream roles in The Color Purple.
