Treva Offutt
Director/Choreographer

Treva Offutt is an actress, choreographer, dancer, director, educator, and visual artist. Internationally, she enjoyed touring with NYC’s The Urban Bush Women, Belgium’s Remote-Control Productions, Mexico’s Choro Tajin, Ireland’s Daghda Dance Company, and India’s Adishakti Theatre Company. She was the Director of Education and Outreach at The Kitchen in New York City for seven years. Locally, she has had the pleasure of performing with Karamu House, Dobama, Mamai, The Musical Theatre Project, The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra, Cain Park, The North Coast Men’s Chorus, and Ensemble Theatre. She taught Drama and Dance at Laurel School for 12 years and in addition to directing and choreographing at other venues, she is honored to have directed musicals for Heights Youth Theatre for 14 years. Treva is a proud graduate of RISD, a member of SAG/AFTRA, and the new Director of Education for Playhouse Square. She is thrilled to do her first production with Weathervane Playhouse!
