Emily Schrader
Ensemble/Mother u/s

Emily Schrader is delighted to be back onstage at a theatre that has held a special place in her heart for years — and, in one of her favorite shows. Having recently relocated to the Akron/Cleveland area, she grew up in Northeast Ohio and has performed at various theatres across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Some of her favorite roles from recent/past productions include Rona Lisa Perretti (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at Avenue Arts), Cat (Honk! at Theatre 8:15), Mimi Marquez (Rent at Aurora Community Theatre), Babette (Beauty and the Beast at Barrow Civic), and Hodel (Fiddler on the Roof at Youngstown Playhouse). By day, Emily practices as a pediatric speech-language pathologist and voice pathologist. She is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming and client-centered care that amplifies the voices and perspectives of her clients. For my family, always. “Thank you for supporting storytellers and live theatre!
