Owen Casino graduated in May from the University of Akron with a BAT in Theatre Arts and is thrilled to be back onstage at Weathervane after five years. He last performed in The Lighting Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical as Hades/Ensemble at Rubber City Theatre in 2022. In his spare time, he enjoys puzzle games and playing music on the ocarina, autoharp, and kalimba. Owen has done tech work for shows at the University of Akron, Rubber City Theatre, and most recently was one of the fly operators for Weathervane’s production of Ragtime. While Owen wants to continue acting, his main ambition is to get a career in technical theatre.
