Born & raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Cayla began her career as a performing artist at an early age. She began acting at The Cleveland Playhouse, while praise dancing & singing in the choir at Antioch Baptist Church. She attended The Cleveland school of the arts as a dance major and graduated with a minor BA degree in dance from Kent State University. Since then, she been under the dance direction of Nehemiah Spencer entailing a plethora of productions, including Memphis here at Weathervane Playhouse. Currently, Cayla is a freelance model & member of Reflections Dance Theater.
