After earning his B.F.A. in Dance Performance, Bernard Richards spent 11 years at sea as a dancer and singer on cruise ships. After a break from performing due to the pandemic, he returned to the stage with the national tour of Legally Blonde the Musical in 2022-2023 as onstage swing and spent last summer as a lead vocalist at Point Sebago in Casco, Maine. Most recently, he returned to his training stomping grounds with the Canton Ballet and fulfilled a childhood goal of performing as Russian Trepak in The Nutcracker 2023. Having recently transitioned into the administrative side of entertainment, Bernie is now a talent coordinator with Holland America Line. He's pleased to make his Weathervane debut and is eternally grateful for the support of his loved ones. Hobbies include, but are not limited to, crochet, Zumba, art and tsundoku. Cras es noster!
