Spencer Marfy
Herman, Max US/Ernst US

An Akron-area local, Spencer is delighted to be making his debut at the Weathervane Playhouse! This May, Spencer returned to his hometown after spending four years working towards his BFA in Theatre Performance at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. While he was there, Spencer was seen as Mark in RENT, Freddie in Noises Off, Sid in Waiting for Lefty, and Falstaff in Henry IV Part 1. In the winter, Spencer will be seen in a supporting role in a feature film called "Wet Bulb Temperature" that will enter film festivals in 2025. For now, Spencer is spending time with his friends and family as he prepares to move to Chicago in November and pursue a career in comedy. He would like to thank his parents for being a rock for him while he adjusts to life post-grad, his twin sister and older brother for their unconditional love and support and picking up life right where they left off, and many other people in his life: Ben, Courtney, Jack, Jake, Avery, Lillian, McAllister—some of whom will see this show and some won't, but seeing them again always gives him something to look forward to.
