Constance Becker
Baker/Ensemble

Constance "Connie" Becker is an actor, playwright, and stage makeup and hair designer. She first started her involvement in the theatre at Miller South School for the Visual and Performing Arts. Joining the Commedia dell'arte club in fourth soon turned her into a regular theatre kid. Since then, she's been eager for any opportunity on and backstage. Later, she attended Firestone CLC in the Arts discipline of Theatre, where she learned many technical aspects of performance including stage makeup, stage management, props, and set construction. She's been trained in classical theatre and vocal performance. Constance believes theatre is the best medium to share the human experience and knows well that it can bring people together, create empathy, and change the world. Currently, she's a mom, wife, and University of Akron student, majoring in history. This year's production of Joseph is her return from a brief hiatus. She's thankful to be back in the theatre and surrounded by those who love the arts as well.
