ZACH: A Christmas Carol. Austin-based hair, makeup, and effects designer, Anna attended the University of Texas at Austin, obtaining a bachelor of arts in technical theatre with a focus in wig making and makeup design. She also completed the makeup design for film and television program at the Vancouver Film School in British Columbia. She joined Iatse local 484 (Texas film and stage hands union) in 2013 and has worked as a hair stylist, makeup designer, and special effects makeup artist for film and television  since. In 2021, Anna accepted the position of adjunct professor of makeup design at St. Edward's University. Anna designed hair and makeup effects for the emmy-nominated series In Space With Markiplier and the upcoming film Iron Lung. Her work has also appeared in HBO and AMC shows The Leftovers, Love and Death, Fear the Walking Dead, and The Son. She has her dream career in the arts, largely due to the unconditional love and support of her parents—Jim and Gail. Anna lives with her beloved husband, tiny dog, and a whole pack of cats!
