has played guitar in numerous theatrical productions at ZACH Theatre in Austin beginning in 1993 with Beehive Christmas Party, Beehive, Rockin’ Christmas Party, Soul Sisters, Das Barbeque, Dreamgirls, Love Janis, The Rocky Horror Show, Jesus Christ Superstar, Spring Awakening, Next To Normal, Caroline Or Change, Gospel At Colonus, Tommy, Ragtime, as well as the outdoor concert series, Songs Under The Stars, on the plaza during covid in 2021. He has also toured Asia with the Las Vegas-based production, Legends. Mr. Overton has played with several local bands and on various recordings with Austin artists. He operates his own business, Resurrection Electronics, repairing electronic musical equipment.
