Mia Catania is an active symphony and freelance violinist and performs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. She studied with Almita Vamos at the University of Minnesota and at Oberlin Conservatory in Ohio, with a major in violin performance. Mia is passionate about teaching the violin and cello, and has a busy studio in the North Dallas area. She has enjoyed being a violinist with the Fort Smith Symphony for seven years and looks forward to many more!
