Tanya has been lighting shows in Central Kentucky for more than 25 years. She received her MFA from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Selected lighting designs for UK Opera Theatre: Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Ragtime, Showboat, Sweeney Todd, South Pacific, La Bohème, La Traviata, Barber of Seville, Carmen, The Magic Flute, and Don Giovanni; for The Lexington Theatre Company: 42nd Street, Mary Poppins, Legally Blonde, Music Man, A Chorus Line, West Side Story, Newsies, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Chicago. She has also worked with many other local companies, including Kentucky Ballet Theatre, Bluegrass Youth Ballet, and SCAPA. Tanya is the Production Director for the Singletary Center, which hosts 400+ events a year.
