Here’s to 2022 and the National Geographic Live Series, sponsored locally by Subaru of America & Wagner Subaru. The national tour sponsor is Office Depot.
Our gratitude goes to Subaru of America & Wagner Subaru for their ongoing support of this series. It’s hard to believe this will be the 10th season of National Geographic Live, and Subaru has been with us for nearly all 10 years.
FROM SUMMIT TO SEA with ANDY MANN is our second presentation of the season. It’s great to finally have him here after a couple of years’ worth of delays!
These challenging times continue to show us not only the resiliency and dedication of our staff, crew, sponsors, and board of trustees but also the amazing support we feel from YOU, our patrons, and the Dayton community as a whole. THANK YOU.
Our thanks also go to Dayton 24/7 Now - WKEF ABC22 and WRGT Fox 45 - the official media sponsors of this season’s National Geographic Live Series, for their continuing partnership.
There is one more presentation this season - SOCIAL BY NATURE WITH RONAN DONOVAN. We’ll soon be announcing the new lineup of events for the 2022-2023 Season. Watch our social media and your email inbox for that news!
While you’re here, take a moment to check out all the options at DaytonLive.org and add some life-changing performances to your calendar.
Thank you for being here and supporting the arts in Dayton!

Award-winning filmmaker and photographer Andy Mann combines his passions with purpose as a voice for the world’s oceans, following scientists to some of the most extreme locations on the planet in the hope of inspiring change.
Mann’s journey from rock climber to ocean storyteller involves some remarkable detours and misadventures that prove that field science can be every bit as thrilling as the climbing adventures of his past. He has dived alongside crocodiles, sperm whales, and sharks and survived near misses with icebergs, all in pursuit of his ultimate goal: to shed light on Earth’s incredible ocean environments and advocate for their protection.
He now spends over 100 days a year at sea, documenting cutting-edge marine science and telling the story of our rapidly changing planet—covering all seven continents for National Geographic.
