The ArtWear Legacy

The goal of ArtWear is to present innovative and wearable artworks of the highest quality and provide a forum to share our enthusiasm for an exploration of techniques and materials.

Proceeds from ArtWear have provided significant funding for the Lincoln Center Art Gallery. We are particularly grateful to Gary and Carol Ann Hixon for their generous support and creative vision in producing ArtWear exclusively for The Lincoln Center Visual Arts Program over the past thirty years.

In addition, proceeds from the event allow the Visual Arts Program to provide outreach related to the exhibits for the community, Colorado State University, Poudre School District, and other area schools. It also enables The Lincoln Center to purchase needed gallery equipment and provide additional support for Visual Arts events. When you purchase a garment 60% will return to the artist, and 40% will go to support the Lincoln Center Visual Arts Program.
