It is a great pleasure to be bringing the World Premiere of Dandelion to the Playhouse on Park stage with such an amazingly talented and inspiring cast and crew! I couldn't be prouder to represent the beautiful work of Joan Ross Sorkin and Mary Liz McNamara, the creators of this adaptation of Don Freeman's book.

Our Dandelion faces the same struggles that many of us do growing up - Who am I? How do I fit in? Where do I belong? It's so very important, especially today, to have the strength and courage to just BE yourself. To care for those around you how you wish to be cared for; to love how you wish to be loved; and to embrace what truly makes you, YOU! I hope that you enjoy the journey upon which Dandelion and his friends embark. Like seeds from a dandelion flower, you can carry the production's messages of love, kindness and acceptance beyond our theatre doors and into the world!
