TIMOTHY S. DICKEY (Scenic Designer) Timothy is excited to be working with Slow Burn Theatre Company. He was previously at American Heritage School (ranked as one of the top private schools in America) where he spent the last nine years as the Technical Director. Previously, he has worked with Thin Air Theatre Company in Colorado, Stagedoor Manor in New York, Birmingham Children’s Theatre in Alabama, The Wick, PPTOPA, & Theatre Lab in South Florida.
PATRICK FITZWATER (Director) is a fifteen-time Carbonell Nominee (nine for Best Director, five for Best Choreography and one for Sound Design). He won a 2018 Carbonell for his choreography for Memphis and a 2013 Carbonell Award for his direction of next to normal. He is a four-time Silver Palm Award winning director and three-time Award winning choreographer. Patrick is the Artistic Director of Slow Burn Theatre and has directed all 67 of Slow Burn’s shows.
TYLER JOHNSON GRIMES (Foley Artist) Tyler is thrilled to be making his Slow Burn debut! Previous foley and/or sound design credits include: 1000 Miles (New City Players), A Christmas Carol (NCP), It’s a Wonderful Life (NCP), Church & State (Main Street Players), and True West (MSP). South Florida Cappies steering committee member since 2016. Box Office Manager and a proud ensemble member of New City Players. Love to Kimmi!
MATTHEW W. KORINKO* (Production Stage Manager) was most recently seen at Slow Burn Theatre in Sister Act (Monsignor O’Hara) and Into the Woods (Narrator/Mysterious Man), and at Palm Beach Dramaworks in Death of a Salesman. He was also Production Stage Manager for Honeymoon in Vegas and ASM for The Little Mermaid. He holds a BFA in performance from UW–Stevens Point and is the co-founder of Slow Burn Theatre Company. matthewkorinko.com
EDEN MARTE (Music Director) Eden is so excited to be returning to Slow Burn Theatre. He has music directed dozens of productions in South Florida, community theatre to professional. RICK PEÑA (Costume Designer) Rick Peña is an award winning costume and puppet designer. He has proudly been involved with Slow Burn Theatre since their first production of Batboy: The Musical in 2010. A native to Miami, Rick has a degree in theater from Florida International University.
