Special Thanks

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to everyone who has made this recital possible. Never in a million years could I have imagined that I would be having this recital while still in recovery from a knee injury, but the universe always has something in store. Thank you to Ben and Jimmy! They put up with all of my back and forth in trying to find a new recital time and they were so understanding. Thank you to my family! They kept me calm while I was stressing about everything that started to go wrong. I also want to give a shout out to my friends who really did their best to help me after I got hurt and Conservatory Events team who helped me get this recital time. Last, but not least, I would like to thank my teacher Ms. Ediger for doing everything she could to help me in my recovery and finding a way to get me recital ready. Four years ago she took a shy, unconfident girl who thought she was terrible at the harp and helped her become someone who is excited to take on the world and pursue harp not only as a living, but as a way of life. To all of you in my life: I love you all and you have all made a huge impact on me. I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for you all. I’ll see you all out there :)

Degree Fulfillment

Serenity Flores is from the studio of Lynnelle Ediger. This recital is presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a Bachelor of Music in Performance (Harp).
