Guests may park for free at the Route 50 parking lot. For ease of mobility, courtesy golf carts are available for transportation. Doors open at 10am, and performances run 12pm-5:30pm each day of the festival. Reentry will be permitted.

Masks are required for unvaccinated individuals. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination is NO LONGER REQUIRED for entry.

Guests are permitted to bring up to one gallon of factory-sealed water, food in clear plastic bags, blankets (no larger than their designated pod size), chairs and personal umbrellas or clip-on umbrellas.

Coolers, tents, tarps, tables, professional cameras, beach umbrellas, carts, wagons, and alcohol are not permitted.

Restrooms will be available with enhanced cleaning protocols.

Guests are permitted to bring food in clear packaging and factory-sealed water.

Mazzone Hospitality will be at the Hall of Springs steps with a menu that includes an oyster bar, griddle and garden bowls, New Orleans-inspired dishes and BBQ chicken, plus drinks including lemonade, iced tea and specialty beverages. 

Legends Hospitality will offer concessions in the Pines and next to the merch stand for additional food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

If you pre-ordered a limited edition 2021 Jazz Fest t-shirt, bring your ID to the merch tent behind the Pavilion for pickup. If quantities allow, additional t-shirts may be available for sale. 

Performances will take place rain or shine. Please be prepared as we cannot move lawn ticketholders into the amphitheater in case of rain.
