COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Director's Note

Hey y’all! Welcome to Armadillo Acres!

First of all, I would like to personally thank you for coming to Venice Theatre and supporting the arts, especially local arts. Although it has been said before, the last year and a half has been extremely difficult to say the least. I won’t go into more details on that because it seems cliché at this point. As things continue to shift to a newer version of normal, I am so thrilled that we are able to produce live theatre, and The Great American Trailer Park Musical is the perfect antidote for a weary soul.

This show is a barrel of fun, incredibly silly, filled with wonderful music, and has an amazingly talented cast. I feel so honored to have been given the opportunity to facilitate the journey of this entertaining story to the Venice Theatre stage along with some of the best artists I have ever encountered. I hope the messages of community, acceptance, and forgiveness ring true, but, most of all, I hope you leave with a smile on your face.

A huge thank you is in order for the leadership and production staff at Venice Theatre. This place truly has the best in all the land. Thank you for your support, guidance, and love. I am so grateful for the opportunities I have been offered, the people I have met, and the home I have been provided at Venice Theatre. This place is really special.

Thank you for coming to see Trailer Park. Enjoy the show!
