Emanuel Maxwell has worked in HR for 28 years. He joined the LA Phil in August of 2021 as the organization’s first Chief Talent and Equity Officer. Prior to his current role, Emanuel held multiple HR leadership roles at Aramark, Chevron, and ARCO. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX and a Master of Science in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduation University in Claremont, CA. Emanuel and his wife are the proud parents of two wonderful children - a 13 year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter.
