Matthew Scott Campbell (Matt) is the Managing Director at Barter Theatre. With more than two decades of experience across all aspects of the theatre industry, his work has been seen in New York, on national tours, and regionally with such companies as Goodspeed Opera House, Bay Street Theatre, Hartford Theatre Works, Peninsula Players Theatre, Surflight Theatre, North Carolina Theatre, The John Engeman Theatre, GVT, Missouri Shakespeare Festival, among many others. Favorite productions of his as a director include: Little Shop of Horrors, Twelfth Night, Avenue Q, R & J, The Fantasticks, [title of show], Pride and Prejudice, J.B., and Altar Boyz. Matt holds an MFA in directing from Illinois State University and is a member of SDC. This production is for his sister, Beth. Choose joy, everyday!
