Kailey Kyle (she/her) is thrilled to be performing at Barter Theatre, where she attended many shows while growing up in Coeburn, Virginia. Upon graduating from East Tennessee State University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in both Theatre (Acting) and Psychology, she began her career at Barter Theatre and has since portrayed roles such as Anna (Disney's Frozen), Anne Shirley (Anne of Green Gables), and Mrs. Whatsit (A Wrinkle in Time). Kailey also works closely with OpenSpot Theatre Company, aiming to create equitable theatre opportunities for people of all abilities. This year at Barter Theatre, her original adaptation of Cinderella is being performed by The Barter Players throughout the month of July. She is also directing the Barter Player's production of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and their holiday touring production of I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.
