Catherine Bush (Playwright) is Barter Theatre’s playwright-in-residence. During her tenure here she has written over twenty plays that have been produced by Barter’s resident Equity company and over thirty plays that have been produced by the Barter Players, who perform for Barter’s younger audiences. When she’s not writing plays, she likes to spend her time walking around town, refinishing furniture, and occasionally baking pies which, unfortunately, she likes eating even more.
