Megan Ward
Stage Manager

Megan Ward is excited to join The Barter Theatre as a Moonlite Concert Stage Manager and the Barter Player Stage Manager! Megan received her degree in Theatre from Radford University in 2019 with focuses in directing/stage managing, acting, and painting, making her a jack of all trades. Her proudest undergraduate achievement was directing The Laramie Project as her senior capstone project. Prior to working with Barter Theatre, Megan was a scenic artist at New Harmony Theatre in Indiana and a scenic charge at Playhouse on the Square in Tennessee. In early spring of 2020, Megan was nominated for an Ostrander award for her set design of When We Get Good Again. After spending quarantine playing Animal Crossing and raising her handsome cat, Edgar Allan Poe, she is ecstatic and grateful to make a safe return to theatre.
