Dishon Smith (Resident Music Director) Dishon is excited to be back at Barter for another season. Favorite Barter credits include 9 to 5, White Christmas, The Producers, La Cage aux Folles, Church Basement Ladies, Madame Buttermilk, The Bridges of Madison County, and shows at the Moonlite during the 2020 and 2021 season. Dishon has served on the faculty/ staff at Providence Academy, King College, Northeast State Community College, ETSU, and Emory and Henry College. He holds a bachelor's degree in piano performance and a master's degree in piano pedagogy, and has been a guest artist with the Southern Adventist University Orchestra and the Maryville College Orchestra
