Garrett Summitt is proud to be returning for his second season at Barter Theatre! His work at Barter has included The Barter Players’ productions of Robin Hood, Rapunzel, Where the Red Fern Grows, and I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas, as well as Barter’s Mainstage productions of Footloose (Lyle) and To Kill a Mockingbird (Jem). Most recently, he embarked on The Barter Player’s Spring Tour production of The Velveteen Rabbit, helping to share the magic of theatre with thousands of students across the Appalachian region and beyond. He has also worked professionally with Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre, PenArts Inc., Renaissance Performing Arts Association, and ICMT, and graduated from the University of West Florida in his hometown of Pensacola.
