Act II Synopis
The Forest
As we enter Act II, we see the Prince’s entourage hunting in the forest. They are shooed away by Little Red Riding Hood, a fierce protector of the animals. Saved from the hunting party, the animals dance in celebration until…Carabosse scares the animals away and creates a fierce storm meant to deter the Prince from finding his one true Prom Date! The Lilac Fairy re-emerges and uses her magic to dissipate the storm. She leads the Prince to a sleeping Aurora, who can finally Prom-Pose!Aurora is awakened from her spell, her fairy friends return, and they all get ready to head to the Prom. A remorseful Carabosse returns, who now begs Aurora to forgive her. She does; she and all the fairies, invite Carabosse to join them at Prom.
