Anne Robards (Director of Heck the Dolls with Chardonnay in a Box) After graduating from Clemson University, Anne toured professionally with a National Theatre Company playing leading roles and also working as the group's accompanying pianist. When the tour was complete, Anne moved to San Francisco to study on scholarship at the American Conservatory Theatre as well as Actor's Theatre. Anne has worked for over two decades in radio as both a news anchor and as a classic rock jock. She is now working on several film projects that are in various stages of production and does commercial and comedic voice-over work on the radio.
Here at Centre Stage, Anne worked on stage in Fox On The Fairway, KinderTransport, When The Rain Stops Falling, and the one-woman show, Apples In Winter. Most recently, Anne starred as Martha in Mill Town Players rendition of Arsenic And Old Lace.
