Beavan Zulu (Lyons Maxson) Beavan is excited about his second show with Centre Stage as Lyons Maxson in Fences! A native of Atlanta, Georgia, he attended Georgia State University and attained a bachelor's in Music Education. After graduating in 2021, Beavan and his best friend Claudia moved to Greenville, SC where he began pursuing a career in acting, with his first performance as Andre in Ain't Misbehavin' at Centre Stage and his most recent as an ensemble member for Greenville Theatre's Spamalot. Beavan can also be found teaching the Woodmont High Marching Band and working as a consultant for Taylor Brand Consulting. He also enjoys board games, crafting, and the occasional shower karaoke!
