BRIAN BIANCO
Mr. Cladwell

BRIAN BIANCO (Mr. Cladwell) This year marks Brian’s 20th as Education Director of Curtain Call. He’s been blessed to have creatively nurtured so many generations of young artists, several of whom he’s proud to collaborate with on Urinetown. Brian’s worked professionally as an actor, director, designer, scenic artist, and stage manager, and his resume includes Stamford Center for the Arts, Long Wharf Theatre, the Lambs Theatre, Bridgeport Free Shakespeare, National Theatre for the Performing Arts, and Radio City Entertainment. Favorite roles include Otto Frank in The Diary of Anne Frank, John Barrymore in I Hate Hamlet, The Old Man in A Christmas Story, Norman Bulansky in The Boys Next Door, Tateh in Ragtime, Thenardier in Les Miserables, James (Jimmy Bake-Beans) Bowman in A Christmas on Mulberry Street (all at Curtain Call), The Chairman in The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Town Players of New Canaan), and El Fayoumi in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Crystal Theatre). He’s overjoyed to be reunited with so many former students and his darling Anneke, and sends undying gratitude and love to his glorious wife Donna and their cat Eddie.
