Dear Chattanooga Youth Symphony Students, Families, and Guests,

I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of you for making it to tonight’s concert. Your dedication, passion, and hard work this season have shone brightly throughout the year, culminating in what promises to be a spectacular performance. To the students, families, coaches, and my fellow conductors alike, I commend you for the progress we've made and the musical journey we've undertaken together!

Beyond the notes on the page and the beautiful soundscapes we’ve created, this season has been about more than just the music we’ve studied. It's also been about forming a strong and thriving community through bonds that transcend the stage and echo throughout our city. Throughout the various rehearsals, sectionals, and performances, you've not only honed your musical skills but also built lasting connections with your fellow musicians. These bonds are the foundation upon which the Chattanooga Youth Symphony stands and they are what make our organization truly special!

As we come together for our final concert of the season, let us celebrate not only the music we've created but also the community we've built! Let us cherish the memories we've made and the friendships we've forged. Finally, let us carry the spirit of camaraderie and collaboration with us as we look ahead to the future.
