Our Sensory-Friendly Concerts feature performances by our String or Wind Ensembles in a safe and accessible setting that allows for movement, vocalizations, and easy listening.  

Attendees are encouraged to use the room and enjoy the performance however they are most comfortable, sitting, standing, or even moving about! Quiet rooms are provided for attendees who need a break from the stimulation.  Scarves, props, and other manipulatives will be on hand, but please bring any you prefer to use.

Come one, come all to the CSO Family Concerts! The CSO String Quintet and the CSO Wind Quintet are joined on stage by Playful Evolving Monsters as they bring stories to life. More than just music, each hour-long show tells a story sure to captivate even the youngest audience members! Be sure to arrive early for crafts; and the instrument petting zoo! As part of the Read 20 initiative, all families in attendance will leave with a free book.
