Originally from Portland, Maine, Alex Lehmann is attending the Eastman School of Music where his primary teachers are Bonita Boyd and Anne Harrow. Alex has appeared with orchestras such as the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. He performs regularly with the Eastman Philharmonia and Eastman Wind Ensemble and is a member of the Eastman Harmonie, an auditioned subset of the Wind Ensemble which recently was the resident ensemble for the Reynolds Conducting Institute at the 2024 Midwest Clinic in Chicago.
