Maggie Jordan, 24, is a violinist from Norfolk, Virginia. She has attended numerous summer music festivals, including the Bowdoin International Music Festival, Madeline Island Chamber Music, the Meadowmount School of Music, the National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute, Domaine Forget de Charlevoix, and the Aspen Music Festival. In 2022, her string quartet performed in a masterclass for the Dover Quartet. An avid orchestral musician, she regularly plays as a substitute musician with the Illinois Symphony Orchestra. Maggie graduated with a dual degree in biomedical engineering and violin performance from Northwestern University in 2025, where she studied with Gerardo Ribeiro. Currently, she is pursuing her M.M. in Orchestral Studies at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, studying with Almita Vamos, MingHuan Xu, and Cornelius Chiu.
