Jacob Hunter, tenor, finishes his third year of his Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance at the Eastman School of Music. Studying with Professor Anthony Dean Griffey, his performance credits include: Mercurio (La Calisto), Tenor Soloist (Mozart, Missa Brevis in F major, K. 192), Tenor Soloist (BWV 101, Nimm Von Uns Herr, Du Treuer Gott), Valcour (cover, L’Amant Anonyme), among others. He is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy as well as of the Boston University Tanglewood Institute Young Artist Vocal Program and is excited to be joining the Chautauqua Opera Conservatory this summer. He is a recipient of the Renée Fleming Endowed Scholarship and the Links Incorporated Scholarship as well as has appeared in past masterclasses directed by Judith Haddon and Lawrence Brownlee.
