Jihyun Choi, a lyric mezzo-soprano, began her musical studies at age 13. Most recently, she graduated from Mannes School of Music with a Master of Music studying under Ruth Falcon. In summer 2020, she sang Serse (Serse) in the Chautauqua Online School of Music with a full scholarship. Her previous roles include Carmen (Carmen), Mrs. Grose (The Turn of the Screw), Principessa (Suor Angelica), and Maddalena (Rigoletto).
